One hella of a drive to one heavenly swimming hole ~ Matthews Creek!Within the the South Fork Salmon Canyon, perched on the hillside, half way between Forks of the Salmon and Cecilville you’ll find this tiny little Campground. The road to here is miles of curvy single lane carved into the cliff side, with numerous blind turns; a place you go slow and stay to the right. The reward spectacular. A visit to one of thee most wild, remote and iconic rivers in California.
